All users will be able to play the game if OP sets the account as primary but only one will have access to the season pass, which would be the account OP purchased with. If you haven't started the game yet just delete it and go into your library under purchases and just choose the game and DLC if any you actually want to download. It's gone now. But the question still stands: why? If you want to go back to the previous edition, you have to downgrade the game. Only way to do this, is remove it all together, and only download what you need again. But the question still stands: why.
